Here at Sure Build Construction we take the upmost pride in all our projects no matter how large or small the job. We ensure we use the highest quality materials to produce the highest possible finish and work directly with clients so that each individual project is tailored to suit you to give 100% satisfaction.

We offer a full and complete professional building service, each project is specifically adapted for each client whether is a complete new build package to include designs, plans, planning application through to handover or maybe you only require a part service to lay foundations or just build the shell. Company History: Originally founded as a specialist loft conversion and roofing business by a father and son team in 2001 under the name D & J Wolfenden. During the last 15 years of growth this family ethos has not been lost as the business has grown. Dave and Jamie Wolfenden still head up the company and oversee many of the projects directly. Loft conversions are still very part a large part of the business as these are still usually the most cost effective way of adding extra space to a home.

However, we have always found that with open and honest discussion, we can overcome any problems which may occur. Complaints We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied. To ensure we are able to put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction. As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards. In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible. Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. Whenever your thinking of undertaking work to the home, there are many things you need to consider and the whole process, especially when it involves planning permission can be off putting. Many projects simply never get off the ground because customers find the whole process too confusing.

What makes us different ?

Here at Sure Build, we are here to help from conception to build and recommend you contact us right at the beginning so we can guide you through the whole process and advise on the best route forward depending on what project you are considering. We do not charge anything for an initial consultation.

When is the right time to contact a builder ?

Many builders will require plans and drawings in order to quote for a project, only for then to find out its not cost effective. Here at Sure Build we are able to provide an estimate after the initial visit which give you an idea of the total cost of a project before committing.

Who does the architect plans and

structural calculations ?

Here at Sure Build our team are able to produce all the required drawings and structural calculations to building regulation standards for any project your considering.

Do I need planning permission ?

Not all development needs planning permission, you are allowed to do certain alternations / additions under Permitted Development so no formal planning application is required. We can advise you whether your project does or doesn't need planning approval or as in many cases we can work with you on the design within the Permitted Development rules so no formal application is required. If the project does need planning permission, we can handle the whole process for you

Does my project need Building Control approval ?

If any project includes creating any habitable space then its likely to require Building Control approval. We can handle the whole process for you and liaise with Building Control directly.

I already have planning approval and drawings ready ?
